Nathan Phelps began his career in Real Estate as a mortgage Lender in 2003. Adding his Broker’s license in 2008 broadened his focus to residential and vacant land listings and sales. The past few years he has worked with several partners on successful and often very creative fix and flips transforming some aging real estate for future generations to enjoy.
He’s purchased and sold investment properties and has been involved with re-modeling homes from start to finish. He can relate to investor concerns because he’s walked in their shoes.
